Any Company (including Owner/Operators) with vehicles that operate on resource roads for Commercial or Industrial purposes.
How It Works
Each company registers with VIN and selects a unique vehicle identification number (best practice is 3 letters and 3 numbers) for each vehicle in operation on resource roads.
Program Benefits
